JLT Mobile Computers (JLT) launched the upgraded VERSO Series rugged computers. The vehicle-mount computers “deliver the highest performance on the market thanks to a powerful combination of an 11th-gen Intel Core i7 processor, disc memory and storage capacity,” the supplier said.
Key features or upgrades include 16-GB (or up to 32-GB) configuration of DDR4 memory; Wi-Fi 6E for enhanced security, improved connectivity, and better coverage; capability to run on both Windows 11 and Windows 10; and the JLT PowerTouch and display.
The computers can support telemetrics and reporting, 3D mapping, image processing, statistical analysis, video analysis, animations, and simulations, JLT said. “The new VERSO Series rugged computers delivers enough performance to handle very advanced applications within mining.”
