Puck Enterprises, a liquid transfer equipment manufacturer, completed the acquisition of U.S. Coupling & Accessories Inc., a hose connection and fittings manufacturer. The company said the acquisition provides BullDog Hose Co., a Puck subsidiary, with better control over its respective product lines. The companies will now be able to deliver premium products in a more effective and specialized manner.
