According to the company, Linatex will be a key member of the Weir Minerals portfolio, marketed as Linatex rubber products, and will be a valuable addition to an already formidable Weir Minerals product line serving mining and mineral processing.
In North America, Linatex Corp. of America based in Gallatin, Tenn., and Sept-Iles, Quebec, and its fully owned subsidiary, Durex Products, with offices located in Luck and St. Croix Falls, Wis., and Windfall, Ind., as well as Linatex Durex Canada, based in New Liskeard, Ontario, will be rebranded as Weir Min-erals–Linatex.
“Linatex products are a perfect complement to our portfolio,” said Scot Smith, divisional managing director, Weir Minerals. “Linatex works well in tandem with many of our existing products, as well as bringing exciting new and diverse solutions for us to offer our customers throughout all of our markets.”
