Doheny, 50, has served as executive VP of Joy Global and COO of the Underground Mining Equipment division since 2006; he previously spent 20 years in senior executive roles with the Ingersoll-Rand Corp.
Since 2009 Baker, 49, a mining engineer from the South Dakota School of Mines, has served as executive VP of Joy Global and COO of its Surface Mining Equipment division; previously he was CEO of Case IH Agriculture from 2004 to 2009, and VP of Komatsu Mining Systems from 2000 to 2004.
