Novel Sunrise Purchases Major Stake in Mongolia’s SouthGobi Resources

Turquoise Hill continues to own 56.1 million SouthGobi common shares (or 23.3% of SouthGobi’s issued and outstanding shares). Those shares were subject to a purchase agreement with National United Resources Holdings Ltd (NUR), which expired at the end of April.
